No fuel cell 3?

I'm curious. A member was looking over one of my scans and saw that fuel cell 3 never comes up. Even when I go to 99.63% TP even though PE is set to come on at 30% TP.

The PT's log just shows fuel cell 4, but the STFTs and LTFTs lock to zero... Weird. Anyone know why my PCM won't go to fuel cell 3?
 


Is the care going into PE? I have never scanned a N/A car before so I don't know if they are different or not. Can't imagine they would be. Also what fuel cell is it in at WOT?
 
Posting just for reference because I couldn't remember them all.

0 -- Idle
1 -- Decel
2 -- Light Load / Engine Not Running
3 -- High Load
4 -- Med Load
 
I get fuel cell 2 and 1 easily enough. 2 comes in with very light throttle (cruising), 1 for decel, and 4 comes in with moderate acceleration (over 5-6% TP) all the way to WOT. Never a cell 3. I do have PE as my LTFTs and STFTs go to 0 right at 30% TP just like the bin file is set.

I searched on the Powrtuner forums and found some posts that at some point it would seem that cell 3 became exclusive to boosted applications. A SS M90 kit member who still has the L36 MAP says he has never seen cell 3 on his car (2002 Imp LS). Nor on any other L36 that he has gotten his hands on.

So, it would seem that it is normal.
 
Kind of what I thought but I had never heard of it until now. Does the car seem to run fine otherwise?


BTW any plans to go with some sort of forced induction setup?
