No brake lights, signal lights or dash lights?

I bought my 97 grand prix a few days ago. I noticed the headlight knob switch wasn't working as it should. It did nothing at all but make all of the dash lights flicker, but my brake lights, signal lights & dash lights all worked. I was driving home, got pulled over for no plates, then got pulled over again 1 minute later (no lie) for the same reason. He asked why I turned my lights off when he got behind me, which I clearly didn't do.

Long story short, the lights are no longer working. The radio clock and display that shows fuel mileage works fine. I replaced the number 15 fuses, number 2 fuses and also the headlight switch. Still nothing. Any suggestions?
 


If not switch itself maybe turn signal switch. Chevy truck did that to me. No dash, brakes, rear lights, but front blinkers may have worked. Been a long time ago. Not sure if it wired the same. That's all I say without a test light and your car.
