No Air Coming Out of Vents

I tried Googleing around, but couldn't find any situations like this.

2007 GP GT s/c
Any fan setting you can hear the fan, but it won't blow hardly anything out of the vents. You can hear it chug away like its blowing (increased blowing noises as you turn the fan setting higher), but hardly anything comes out. The little bit of heat that comes out is warm, so there doesn't seem to be an issue there. It was just random, one day the heat wouldn't blow out of any of the vents on any setting, fiddled with passenger/driver dual climate, head/feet vents, ect. nothing. Defrost vent on the dash works.

Any ideas what the issue might be?

could be a busted vac line off the top of the sc, it goes to the firewall then down the pass side fender then under the fuse box. battery change can break the line.

if the line looks ok, it could be the box behind the dash that vac line leads to, or the climate control went bad.

Middle line on the supercharger vacuum tree on 2004+ cars is capped from the factory, so it's not that.
