Newb with a 1994 Grand Prix

Hey folks! Just bought a 1994 Grand Prix. Hoping to find help fixing the driver side window coming off the track. It also has multiple oil leaks according to Midas. Oh and it needs new engine mounts. :) It's the first car I have considered doing any work on myself. Hopefully I do more good than bad.
