• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

We just picked up a 1998 GTP Daytona 500 Edition this past weekend. It does need the upper intake gaskets done so we are pulling it all apart tonight and replacing the gaskets tomorrow night. Also need to put a new wheel bearing on the passenger front so I'll be busy. Once that is all done we have a few small plans but it will be our D.D. so no big plans. We will end up doing some cosmetic things (tint, lights, rims, and probably a hood). I already hit the taillights last night with Niteshades. I'm going to polish them up tonight. It does have a couple small issues, but we got an amazing deal on the car, it's never touched winter roads and it definitely shows. The car is 100% solid and so clean for a 11yo car. I used to have a Solstice with a M62 on it so I'm definitely not new to the boosted world. Just the FWD world. :th_biggrin2:

And look, I even know how to post pics, I'll post more when I get everything fixed and shine it up with Zaino.

Freeland here.

Do the Lower gaskets too!! Grey GM Gaskets, should cost you around $60.
DOn't get the cheap ones!!

I did do those too, only a couple more things tonight and it will be all done. I also put a 180 degree thermo in, NGK Iridium Plugs, Radiator Flush, Oil Change, cleaned the drop in filter, and is just about ready to hit the road finally. Next step is a good detail and then off to the tint shop. :D
