New ZZP rear springs ride height question (higher than stock)

Hello,
I recently purchased the drop in spring/strut combo from ZZP with the KYB GR-2 struts and their lowering springs.

The front looks fine, but the rear ride height is even higher than it was with the stock springs/struts.

Has anyone seen this before?
Any thoughts on what happened?

I contacted ZZP and they seem to be stumped since I haven't heard back.

Is there any way to tell which springs I received? I guess I didn't look that close at them to see if there were part numbers printed on the springs.

All I remember is they're red :)
