HI GUYS IM LOGAN AND IM NEW ON HERE BUT I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CAR

OKAY I DRIVE A 2002 gtp 172k on it first issue is i have a misfire problem i beileve car shutters when accelerating hard or goin up hills i have ordered new plugs and wires, should i also replace the coil packs as well? never done them before so idk how hard it is to do

2nd issue is i seem to have some kind of coolant leak just noticed it yesterday i dont seem to be losing much coolant radiator is full and resivour is fairly full as well car doesnt overheat or anything so im thinking a hose or something is leaking perhaps i work alot so i dont have much time to work on it now and wont pay a arm and leg to have the dealership do it but any direction on what i could do would be appreciated also low coolant light comes on and will go off periodically but coolant isnt low so im thinking a bad sensor is doing it? any help guys will go along ways
 


Plugs and wires is always a good place to start and can never hurt. Your coolant leak is more than likely LIM gaskets, last I heard someone talk about a shop doing them it was near $1k you can do it yourself for under $100. And I've seen/heard of a fair amount of GP's with coolant level sensors going bad
 
I've got an 01' GT and the coolant level sensor went out on it as well, I've talked with a number of GP owners that had the same problem.
 
i would get a coil pac from junk yard try it first . hold ur foot on brake give it gas and see if it shutters good chance its a coil pac
