• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

2001 GP GT (not supercharged), #5 misfire per OBD-II, compression 104psi, new plugs, new wires, removed injector rail and injectors/cleaned and replaced using new o-rings, moved injectors to another cylinder and misfire still comes up #5, moved coil positions and missfire still came up #5, replaced fuel filter, fuel pressure checks okay, new pvc, new air filter, engine goes to 4500 rpm and hangs there unless backing off of throttle and then it will accelerate, on highway easily goes 85+ however if going 65-70 and attempt to accelerate by putting pedal down transmission shifts, as it should, to passing gear and engine will not go beyond 4500-5000rpm and stumbles and OBD-II indicates #5 misfire

What am I missing......also had transmission fluid and filter changed.

Can neutral rpm limiter device be suspect? Not sure of the circuit.

Hello, that's a drag you are having problems with your engine....post this same question over in the engine section and you might get an answer faster than having it posted in this section. Not everybody who would know looks in here.
Welcome to the forum.

New and not sure how to "properly" use this tool so please bear with me. I left a note yesterday regarding my 2001 GPGT and misfire on #5. I appreciate any and all good help.
