new to 3.8 s/c motors need performance mod help

My girlfriend just bought an 01 GTP and we want to make it faster but I'm not to familiar with these motors as I am a f-body guy. I have plans of doing a full exhaust system, but I'm not too sure what size pulley to put on, TB, rr's..etc
