I just found this site and would like to join. I have a 98 grand prix gtp. I'm having transmission problems and am wondering if the automatic transmission from a 97 buick regal,also a 3.8 liter,but not supercharged , would be interchangable with the 98 gtp. I have the buick transmission in my shop and am hoping I can use it on the GTP. THANKS FOR THE HELP!

welcome to the site. and no they arent interchangeable. regal is 4t60e and vaccum modulated and gtps are 4t65eHD.
