I've been reading through this for years, just never actually registered. SO, thanks for the help indirectly planning my restoration AND the various fixes you've all provided
I have a 98 Pace Car that I got in 2007 (as 2nd owner, bought with 51k), with 195,000k and its currently being rebuilt, entirely. (If anyone wants to know more just let me know!) The transmission and supercharger will stay because those were replaced at about 120k and 100k from sliding into a ditch and driving like a jerk, respectively. Anyway, the body will be restored, the paint will be done to the factory specs, shocks, springs, struts, motor, interior, light casings, POSSIBLY upholstery but probably not because it's in excellent condition, and various performance/interior/sound/exterior mods, and everything i'm forgetting.
