new intense pcm.... ses code. y?

i just received my pcm back today from intense. i had it reflashed and i got a ses light now. its: system to lean (bank 1). a code thats never come on b4. i talked to todd there from intense and he doesnt know y it would be on but he will take care of it. he is going tofind some info about it. any1 have this same problem or know y it would be on? will this cause engine harm. i havent been getting on it. it only comes on when its idleling or stop and go traffic.

Lean bank 1 means a vacuum leak.

i dont understand tho. everything was fine til i put in the pcm. will it cause problems?
