New here from Delaware

Whats up everyone? Ill start by saying my name is Ryan. I was born and raised here in little old Delaware. Growing up, I (at the risk of being flamed out of here) spent my time wrenching on mostly Fords, and Hondas. From the time I was 16, I have had 3 Hondas, and two of them I had built from ground up, 2 Ford trucks, one being a Bronco the other an f250, and a Ford mustang. One day, my father and I were wrenching his Mercury Marauder and we started discussing GM and how Pontiac was one of the best brands of GM. That led to us talking about how under rated the Grand Prix is and how nice of a car they are. Well after going thru a string of bad luck and not having wheels for about 4 months, I finally had 1000 saved up and went and on Friday, March 15th, I went and put a down payment on my newest and nicest car Ive had, my 2000 Grand Prix GT coupe.

Well now that I introduced myself and my new baby, I will say I am looking forward to modding this car and making it my own and I am looking forward to posting on here and chatting amongst other Grand Prix owners and enthusiast. Happy posting everyone!

Nice ride, if you want faster just save your money and time, GO TURBO. Get rid of the pinstripe it fvcks the body lines on these cars so bad.

Welcome to GPF.

Thanks a lot man! I hadnt considered the pin stripe delete but when I get my hands on a heat gun that eye sore of a dealer sticker is coming off ASAP! I dont think im going to go turbo. I am pretty much happy with the way the car is motor wise. I might do some bolt on work here and there but I dont think a turbo build is in this cars future. Ive seen turbo builds blow up too many blocks and/or cause problems with reliability. With this car I am not quite ready to take that risk. Thanks for the kind words man and by the way I love the sig you got there!
