Hey guys. Just picked up a 98 GTP. Key stuck and all electricals going nuts. Dash is flickering, nothing power works. Well the exterior power mirrors do.... Done alot of research and headed over to the right areas to do a search or 10. Car will only start if i give it a starting fluid but then dies right away. (no fuel pressure)

Key stuck can be fixed by taking the column apart and putting a zip tie over the release button. I can't help on the electrical, but no fuel pressure leads me to believe it's a bad fuel pump. However, that could be part of the electrical issue.
