New guy with unknown pulley belt combo help me figure this out.

I just picked up this actual pace car. Not a replica. It's decals are removed. Going to daily driver duty.

I have no idea of the mods. I see a pulley and a airbox. Drives great. Got to figure out the tune. I don;t want to drive without one. I emailed thrasher the VIN maybe he can tell me if a tune was done.
I need new belts. I can't figure out what size belts I need. How to I measure or tell the pulley size??? smallest diameter between pulley ribs or by belt size?
belt numbers look like 24507210, 6pk1685, dayco 20-6406

pics of pulley? stock is a 3.8 on the sc.

from what i can see of the belt, it looks ok to me, no cracks on the outer rib or 2 there.

if you take those # on the belt to the parts store, they can match it up for you. as long as they can read it, they can also measure it with a belt measuring tool most stores have one.
 
After a bit of digging that belt is 66 7/8". Stock is 67 1/4. I'm going to venture a guess that you have roughly a 3.5 pulley on there.
