• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Im josh, and i am the proud new owner of a 2005 grand prix gtp. i purshed it about a month ago and have already been bitten by the mod bug.
last week i installed a set of speed daddy headers, and gave her a tune up. This is my first boosted car but not my first 3800, i owned a 96 oldsmobile 88 i got from my father with 215,000 miles on original engine and trans. the engine spun the number 6 rod bearing about three months later. I picked up another series 2 with unknown mies and decied to rebuild, so i went top to bottem with new parts and it ran like when i was done. this site really helped me then but i wasnt a member yet.

i then started another project after the 88 was done. My 96 oldsmobile aurora, it had the dreaded northstar pulled headbolts. So i decided to rebuild it as well, new bearings and gaskets threw out, plus the northstar performance head studs witch required drilling and retaping of all head bolt holes. I dove it till i found the grand prix and had to have it. Ive wanted a grand prix for a long time and waited till i found a great one. it has 165,000 with oil change records every 3,000 miles since new, also has a 70,000 mile transmision. garage kept and always waxed and cleaned. I will make a members ride thread when i have some time to upload pictures. also if you want any pics of the northstar build just let me know, i have tons.

thanks
-josh
