Hi everyone,

I just got a 2001 Grand Prix GTP from my dad has around 109k miles on it said it had some issues and was going to junk it but I told id take it off his hands so now I have it. I was driving it around today and all of a sudden it had trouble accelerating I had my foot all the way down and it was barely accelerating it just sounds like its on the 1 gear but very slow it comes and goes every once in awhile. When it doesn't do it it works just fine. At first I panicked and thought it was the transmission and pulled over and checked the fluid and what not it was all good also went to autozone to get the codes pulled no misfires just evap codes. I'm thinking it was bad gas I filled up last night and it started in the morning I got gas from carwash gas station(93). What do you guys think? Also does anyone have a wiring diagram? I rat found his way into the blower motor last winter and chewed some wires I'm guessing cause the dash doesn't work at all and it keeps blowing the fuse.

what codes did it pull? problems with evap and bad vac lines make these cars run like turds.. fill in blanks with the codes plz
 
blower motor and blower motor resistor are common issues on these cars...don't blame the rat just yet
 
I was driving it yesterday on the expressway and it was having probleems accelerating and I heard like a rattling and than a pop and the car just started sounding like a go kart lol I pulled over immediately thinking it was the engine or transmission but the car started fine and ran fine-ish it stalled twice. I think the front exhaust manifold gasket failed atleast I think that's what it is car sounds like a go kart which is fine cause I was going to replace the headers anyways so might as well do that. Ill let you all know after I take it to the mechanic. I'm afraid I might snap the bolts lol
Wish me luck its not something major I really like this car :(
