New GP owner Question

I just purchased a '03 GP with the 3100 motor. But the previous owner unlugged the battery before the sale and reset the all the computer codes in the process. My question is how many miles do i need to drive to get the computer to reset so i can get the emissions testing done? ( i live in SLC, UT if that explians anything)
 


ive driven almost 200 miles since the first emissions test and done the reset procedure as listed in the how to section of this forum and still cant get the egr and catalyst to read ready on the inspection. i now have to go the head of emissions control in the valley to have him inspect the car and hopefully give me a pass so i can finally get my car registered.
