New Gage cluster

I just swapped out my Gage cluster for another one because mine was acting up.


Not sure what it came out of but it did not have a light in the performance shift spot, so I put my bulb in. So I assume the car did not have performance shift.

Also my original Gage cluster has a gold electrical backing, the new Gage cluster has a green electrical backing if that matters.

Now my performance shift light does not come on, I hear alot o people ask this, but they want to k ow if there performance shift still works. Everyone says yes it still works so that's not bothering me.

I wan to know what can I do to make it light up still, that does bother me because it's not workng correctly.


Any help would be great.
 


Pick up another cluster. First i've ever heard of this though. I'm running an 03 LE cluster in my car, threw in the bulb and it works just fine
 
Does it wow that's odd, The guy I gotnt from said it's from an 2002 se, but th back o the cluster says 1998.



Man that's sucks if I need a new one.
