• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Good morning fellow gear heads and speed junkies.

Was just prompted to come in here and post an introduction.....so......yea....forced intros are never awkward, right?

Anyway I'm here to learn. Just bought a 1999 GTP sedan with about 200k miles so I'm restoring more than I am modding right now. But I look forward to getting into the latter soon enough.

Oh and thanks in advance for cleverly directing me to the "Search" function when I post a question I think is an original one. You guys are awesome! Lol

Welcome Rob.... top center of screen..see the magnifying glass. That's your search button. Type ea sy without spaces and my sn to get a whole pile of how the heck do I do X the easiest way possible.

Holler as you start restoring and maybe we can make suggestions on how to upgrade as you restore

you're the first person that's signed up that could read in months. congratulations and well wishes, good sir.

Kk haha
For starts, Bill is the guy, his "easy" how-to's are Masterful. Bookmark those.

After that Bookmark these too. All the fun modding stuff should start after you prep the car. Fixing the "normal" wear and tear parts should be #1.

Once you get it squared away, you can look into mods. I like starting cheap and getting the simple stuff out of the way.

And lastly, for the willing modder with $$$

Good luck and if you like, make a Members Rides thread and keep us updated on the progress. Oh... AND PICS!!!

Thanks guys!
I pride myself on my basic reading and observation skills...

Looking forward to learning a lot from everyone here. Hope to one day add something back as well
