Resident ZZP Leg Humper
Built a new set up this past week. Only planned on upgrading my graphics card on my old set up, ended up upgrading EVERYTHING when I found out my board wouldn't support my Graphics card i got a hell of a deal on.
Specs:
Phantom 410 Mid Tower
MSI Z77A-G41 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 3770K Processor
Seagate 2TB HD
PNY Geoforce GTX 650t 2GB Overclocker Ed. Graphics Card
Corsair 16GB Ram
LG Bluray/DVD-RW drive
Rosewill Green 750w Power supply
Definitely a ton faster than my last set up which was an i3 set up with onboard graphics haha. I don't plan on overclocking anytime soon, so thats why I still have the stock heatsink fan for the CPU, if i do overclock, ill end up watercooling. Also will probably invest in a solid state sooner or later.
Now for the money shot.
My buddy Mike helping me put everything together and get it running.
Overall I would say I spent about $900 total on this rig. Not to bad really. Definitely worth it since i do quite a bit of PC gaming and Photo rendering.
