Never order from 3800performance...

Dad and I ordered a pulley puller from 3800performance (35+100 dollar core). We made sure the puller was very clean and in great condition before we sent it back. Father sent it via usps, a week later after no refund of the core we emailed them asking them when we would get the core charge back. They insisted that they didn't get the package. (always put a tracking number on everything!) We didn't because they seemed like a good site. My father did a missing package report through usps and the said the package went through. Basically, 3800performance seen no taking number and just took it and won't give us the 100 dollar core charge back... We tried to reason with them... Unlucky for them, they dont know how stubborn my father is. Better Business Bureau is being called tuesday. Would not recommend doing any business with this site!
 


yep. i shopped there once. and only once. thats all it took for me to learn my lesson. i ordered my pcm from them, and immediately sent my original (core) pcm back to them. it took SEVERAL weeks to get my refund check from them. during all of which they never responded to a single email
 
You sent a core back USPS and no tracking ? FED-EX would have been cheaper, better service and tracking. live and learn i guess
 
X2. Another washed up vendor who can't reply to a single email. This goes back to when i wanted TOGs till just a few weeks ago about anti pogo washers. No responses mean no biz from me. Oh well
 
Its fine my dad isn't really mad about the 100 bucks just the fact that someone did that. Theyll be getting visited my the BBB soon, hope they like that.
