Need to clean my reservoir



Well you could try forming a small group to go around and collect trash from the water and the ground around the water... you could try to keep a watch for people dumping chemicals, it's really all about paying attention to people dumping and cleaning/picking trash continuously.. I've seen some really nice reservoirs but some get really bad.
 
I was just joking, if you're talking about the coolant reservoir, just carefully yank the little hose off it and lift it out, it just pops right out, empty it out into a recycling container or most places can take it in the toilet/sanitary sink (call your local govt to find out)... after mine was dumped and rinsed I poured some Dawn into it and just violently swished it around with scalding water... it came 99% clean in the end... temporarily stained the bathtub, though...
