Need someone to do a good tune on my gtp

I am in need of a good tune on my 2003 gtp. I really need to have the torque converter to be disengaged up until 70 mph because its locking up while in cruise and going up hills i'm getting serious kr like the most i've seen was 7*. I have switched out the tcc solenoid and it still is locking up. I have an Overkill pcm and I have asked him to do tune it and I got only one response so I don't know. I am also wanting to switch to 42.5# injectors, LQ4 maf and 1.9 rockers with shift points under 6k. Thanks!
