The PARK setting is gone, broken. I am still learning about my GP but sometimes the board with this setting is separate to the motor, other times you have to replace the entire motor to fix it.

I can look in my service manuals at home tonight for it...
 
Checked and you can replace the control board. It is mounted to the bottom of the motor. Take it apart and check to make sure it is not full of watter, thus causing a short. If nto water found, then it is just bad,.
