Need rear bumper help

Ok so i was wondering i have a grand prix se with the single outlet exhaust that looks bad so i wanted to change it over to a gt style bumper and then run the dual tips...Has anyone done this before and will it work?

is should work. dont see why not. just hace to replace part of the exhuast.
