Need Knock Help

So i was checking through my log because i never did figure out why i get lowish fuel mileage. About 20 average, and i live in the country so not so much city driving. And i realized im randomly getting about 5 or more knock while cruising? In the picture below though, i am cruising when it happens. Seems to randomly do it throughout the log. Only mod is an open air cone. Temperature here in buffalo was about 55 degrees that day. I know a little is normal but this just makes me raise my eyebrow :confused:

I assume 4th gear at those rpms, it wouldn't suprise me if it's from the torque converter if you were on a grade going up hill.

Like it doesnt need to downshift but it just keeps lugging along in 4th gear.
