I'm having that issue right now. From what I've learned It could be the gasket on the reverse servo.(Top of the trans right below where the crossover pipe connects to the rear manifold) or the Reverse boost sleeve/valve which is in the valve body.

I replaced the reverse servo gasket and it didn't improve so I will be taking the valve body apart in the upcoming week. You can order all the parts you need from Triple Edge Peformance(aka trannyman95)
