Need help with waterpump

Hello everyone, i am currently attempting to swap out the water pump on my car. there is a bolt on the water pump that sits behind the power steering pulley and i am unable to get it out. Any thoughts as to how to get around this or if there is place with photos on how this is done please let me know

Try rotating the pulley? Of those holes don't help you'll have to unbolt the pump

none of the holes line up with water pump so do i have to remove the power steering pump

I had to unbolt the PS pump and move it over a little bit to get to it. Makes it alot easier.
