Need help with the oddest cold start-up evarr

can't figure out what would cause an idle like this.
Its on a cold start up, but once the motor runs for about 2ish minutes its fine.


Also the more we drive the car, and the hotter the engine gets, the less throttle response it has...

could, yes. Especially if the passageway is becoming carboned up and plugged up.

egr delete is pretty easy and VERY good for the motor (imo) but mpgs do suffer.
