need help with speed daddy headers fitting my zzp 3in catback.

is it just me that it doesnt fit??
i can only get on bolt in. the other is in the pipe it self.
is there something i could buy??

the downpipe is 3", the catback is 3". it should bolt up unless the flanges are differently sized.

time to get out a hack saw and a welder.

You are trying to fit a 2.5" flannge to a 3" flange. Take the SD flange off. Hit your local muffler shop and see if they will make you a 3in ID piece of pipe with a 3in flange on the end in about the same length as the SD piece.

well the down pipe is 3 in but i think it goes down to 2.5 cause its about half a inch off

then you need a new downpipe made, as bill said.

cost $80 to modify the one you have max.

no its right after the "race" pipe where it goes in this order, sink trap, race pipe then 3" to 2.5" adapter flange to go the the stock cat back. that 2.5" adapter needs to be made into a 3"
