Need Help with short!!!???

I replaced the oil pan this week end. Committed a cardinal sin and did not disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before lifting the engine. Part way into the lift something shorted. Seemed to be in the area under the throttle body above the transmission. Car started fine and everything seemed to be OK. Now realized the battery is not charging and car went dead.

I pulled the air box out to try and see where it happened, but can't see anything.

Any suggestion where to look? What to try?

It was the fusable link at the starter going to the alternator.

Having trouble locating a 10 Awg fusible link in Nanaimo BC. Anyone know of a place?
