Need help with manual conversion

hey i have a 95 grand prix se and i was thinking of swapping my tranny to a manual, i was thinking the 5 speed from a lumina but wouldnt i have to swap to a 3.4, or is there any way i can keep my 3.1...



Also is there any way to get a braket so i can have 2 alternators?
