need help with LOC install!!!

so i went to install an loc in my gp, and ran all the wiring and spliced the loc into the brown/yellow and lt blue/dk blue wires per the instructions. but the amp is not working. both the main and secondary fuses have .7 ohms, and i am getting 12.4v at the fuse block all the way back to the amp hookup while the car i in the acces position. and i spliced the brown wire from the loc to the remote on the amp. but no thump!....can anyone help?!?! :th_angry2:
