Need help with door speaker install

Before you go any further, I should say that this question is for a 1999 Dodge Ram, NOT a Grand Prix. I know I might have better luck posting on a Dodge forum, but I haven't really found any that seem to be visited too often.

Anyways, my little brother has a 1999 Dodge Ram Quad cab pickup, and we got him some new speakers for it for xmas. I told him I would do the install for him to save him the cost of having it installed somewhere else. So I got out to the shop today, and started on pulling the door panel off. W. T. F. Seriously, on our GP's they are so easy to take off, just a couple screws and then pull it straight off pretty much. On this Ram though, it's a whole different story. It has all sorts of plastic pegs hanging on yellow darts. It's like a friggen rubiks cube to take the thing off! Some parts need to be lifted up, some pushed down, some pulled left, or right. It is a nightmare. I ended up breaking about 6 of the plastic hook things on the door panel. I felt kinda bad.

Now I'm stuck. I put the new speaker in the passenger door, but I am reluctant to continue, because it is NOT easy getting those door panels off. And I still have 3 speakers to go! (1 driver door, 2 in backseat doors).

Is there any kind of special way I should proceed with taking off the other door panels? I would hate for him to have to spend 60 bucks to get em installed somewhere if I can do it myself.

Yeah I just watched a YouTube video on door removal for it actually. I think I will go buy myself a Door Removal Tool tmw haha. One more thing I am having trouble with though, is finding instructions on the rear door removal. Guess I will continue my search.

I'm looking for a rear door panel explanation now. I think that YouTube video I just watched will help me remove the front door panel when I go tackle it again tmw.
