Need help with broken Bleeder screw when replacing thermostat!!!

The problem is is that when I tightened my Bleeder screw to bleed the system it broke off on the top, I tightened it and it doesnt seem to be leeking from anywhere Do you think this will pose a problem or should I just replace it when I need to bleed my system again.

Any help would be much appreciated.
