Need help! p0141 code.

Hey guys, recently I had a p0420 code which is low cat effiencentcy so I changed both the 02 sensor and installed a brand new cat then I detached the battery cables to reset the computer....I drove the car for the normal cycle and then the damn engine light came back on so I scanned it and yes the p0420 code was gone but now I have a p0141 code which is "heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. I dont get how it could be bad? I literally just purchased and installed it less than a week ago. Any ideas on what I can do to fix that? Thanks
 


First off make sure any of the wires did not get burnt somehow. And also that you have a good connection. If all of that is good looks like you might need to return it for an exchange.
