Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Need help in deciding on a deck.

Hey guys. Input appreciated. I know there are hundreds of decks out there and you may argue that they may be better or badder or that I should consider navigation or DVD or whatever. Please do not give me suggestions on what else to consider. I've narrowed it down to these to decks based a bit of criteria including a blatent personal preference for Pioneer.
To preface this, I was not even considering getting a deck because I have a pretty decent Pioneer DEH-P7400MP deck already. The only thing that has me considering it is that you can get pretty sweet decks for less than $200.
I've narrowed it down to these 2.
Compare: Car Receivers at Crutchfield.com

And DEH-X9500BHS
x130X950BHS-o_white.jpeg

8400
Pros.
$150 for NIB(price can be found a little bit less for used and refurbed, but 150 is about best I've seen for NIB) including installation kit and so forth
Still has Pioneers propriatary jack(I have an audio cable for this)
Cons
Supports some integration with Android, but does not have the appradio control of the Android device from the deck
CD slot on face(rarely use this anymore)
Older model year(not sure this is really a con)

9500
Pros
dual USB ports in back of deck
Newer model year(not necessarily a pro or a con)

Cons
No proprietary jack
Cost $180 is about the best price I've found for NIB, but not from as reputable of sellers.(i.e. ebay instead of Crutchfield/Sonic). I realize that this isn't a lot more, but would need to also purchase install kit.

If any of you have input I'd appreciate it. Especially if any of you have either of these decks and use an Android phone with them.

Thanks in advance.
