Need help identifying a couple of parts

First one is on a 2007 GP Base. It looks like a plug that should go somewhere, but is not connected to anything.

Second one is on a 2003 Buick Century (3.1L), and looks like a bleeder valve above the water pump. It's leaking water at the base of it...Probably needs a new seal.

That bleeder. At the base of the black piece that the bleeder screws into? There's an o-ring on that and it can be replaced.
