Need help finding torque spec for motor

Does anybody know where to find all the torque settings for series 2 supercharged? I Wana have them all before opening it up to replace the seals.

I'm looking for all of them so I'll have them as I need them

If you have links to websites that would be awesome as well showing diagrams with the torque settings also would be amazing
 


Which seals are you replacing?

AllData would probably have all of the info, but that is a paid service last I looked. Based on what you plan on removing we can likely point you in the right direction.
 
I have found a version.. of it goes up to 2011? With all cars. I never really figured out how to use it properly to find those specs I guess I shall mess with it tonight.

I'm am going down to lower intakes mostly ATM
