need help! 05 Grand prix GT2 wont start!

please help guy's my car is stuck on the side of the interstate. while driving home from a road trip my car just kills on the interstate...i coast over to the side of the road. n try to turn it back on. it cranks just fine, but won't turn over. my first assumption was the alternator. so i got a ride from a friend and came back with another and it still won't start. car starts and kills quickly with starter fluid. the car has actually cut off on my while driving 2 times prior to this last week but has always started back up. don't know if its related but when it was running it wouldn't always start the first time i turned the key. sometimes i would have to attempt to start it 2-3 times before it decided to turn over. please help me guys..i get off work at 4 n i wanna try to go get my car off the interstate again.
 


Could this still he the case and i can hear the pumP priming? Also do I have to drop the tank or is there a Patch panel? If so where is it?
 


I beleave in 05 they deleted the access hole in the trunk for the fuel pump access, I know 100 percent my 06 dont have it but my 04 did.
