Need fuel pressure regulator help fast!

I am finally going to get my car on the dyno and tuned, but after installing a 255 pump and checking pressure I have way to much! about 65 psi! I know they are supposed to be around 48-54psi. Now my question is this. The regualtor is mounted under the top of the pump and can be removed by taking the clip off. Problem is any of the parts stores or gm dealers I have called cant find anything but the whole pump assembly. And as you all know they are not cheap!! So if anyone can point me in the right direction I would much appreciate it!
 


04 gtp 9.5 comp, headers, cam, phenolic spacer, smaller pulley, opened up lower intake, water meth inj, 255 pump and will have 42.5lb injectors for tuning for e85. Has the returnless fuel line on it
 
I was also wondering what mods need to be done to the fuel basket? Is everyone just drilling holes in it?
