Need a thermal switch

Im going to be putting electric fans on my Rodeo and since there is no direct aftermarket alternative, Im going to have to piece it all together. So I need a good thermal switch to trigger the fans and I would love to have a manual override if possible since the Rodeo has LOTS and LOTS of room for switches in the cable and has several spots where factory like switches could be installed and made to look OEM.

At any rate, ideally I would want the switch to activate at about 185* and turn off at about 170*. I guess 195* would be acceptable as well, but I would prefer a bit lower if possible. I have a port on my thermostat housing I could screw one into the coolant but I dont know the thread size at the moment and Im not opposed to a surface contact type switch either if that is what it takes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im not sure about thermo activation switch, but the manual is never a bad option... I used the switch for the fog lights on my GTP just tapped into wiring and upped the fuse to a 20amp fuse. When you hit the light switch then hit the foglight switch (during the day), the indicator light will come on, but at night all you have to do is hit the foglight switch and the fan and fog light will come on without flipping the actual light switch (due to the automatic lights). Gives it the complete stock look ;)

I was browsing on Jegs today and saw a few in-line thermal switches that turn on about 185* and turn off at around 170* which is about where I want to be.
