Well yes i know alot more than the average joe about cars/engines, but I need a little help here.
What would be a good size pulley to put on my sc without to many supporting mods, and if there is none that i will be able to do without supporting mods, let me know.
Anything would be helpful. i just wanna try to pull some more horse power out of the car.
Only thing done to it is intake, swapped sc of a newer gp , and exhaust

There's a right way and wrong way of doing things. Generally when you tend to get pulley happy...you'll end up replacing the motor. Every car is different you need something to use to scan for knock before you even think about dropping pulley. If you can afford or rather not mod any further to achieve that just keep the stock 3.8 on it and keep in trucking.

Edit: the pulley that works for be man may not exactly work for you.

Well I took my chances with a 3.5(with a 658 belt),ZZP PCM,180 thermo,K&N intake,2.5" SLP catback in 2008 and haven't had any problems. I run 91 or 93 all the time, synthetic oil and probably spent money in all the wrong places but I don't drive it like a racecar. I just like the power when I need it.
