Need a good 255 pump

I have a non venturi style 255 pump in now, but it does not have a check valve to hold fuel pressure for start up and Im getting tired of hard starts. I have tried to contact some people on here, but have not gotten a replie :th_frowning: Could someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help and info!
