Name that bolt

I'm finishing up putting my car back together from tearing down the engine. I replaced pretty much everything down to the timing chain. I've got a single bolt that I can't seem to find where it goes and from the looks of it, it's important. Got a picture of the bolt:

Also anything special I should do before I start the car for the first time?

Thanks in advance!

could be one of the bolts that hold any accessory/bracket to the head, one of the alt bolts or dog bone bolts.

depends on length.

Doesn't have the rounded bottom like the alt. bolt.

I'd be willing to bet either a power steering (but the head looks too big), or it is one of the three bolts that holds the alternator bracket on.

Yep. Looks exactly like the ones that are used for the alt bracket and/or the tensioner assembly.

I just had to change my coolant elbow in a thunderstorm last week in a parking lot...

Ended up finding the spot when I was searching google and came across a post BillBoost made on another thread. He'd attached a picture of the assembly that the coolant elbows enter. It was on the back side and I had no idea it was even there. Tomorrow I'll be buying some S/C oil and taking care of that, then it should be time to give it a try to start the car. I'm just hoping I did everything correctly lol.
