N* TB What do i need?

i was gonna go with the northstar throttle body and lq4 maf is there anyway i can get without a tune for the different sensors, also i was gonna go with the lucas 42.5lb injectors also.

Need a tune to run the TB, MAF, and the injectors. Not much way around it. I don't know if a mini-AFC will do the job for all that, but I prefer not to add any piggy back units to my car. I prefer the PCM do the job as it was intended.

AFC wont cover all that even if you wanted it to.
