N* Gen III Adaptor Plate

I ordered the ZZP adaptor plate and based on the pic it did have the vacuum tube coming off of it. When I received the plate it did NOT have the tube, nor a hole to screw one into... Did I get shipped the wrong one or am I overlooking something???

Is there another spot to plug the large vacuum fitting coming off the stock TB into?

My genV to northstar plate was also missing the nipple. Best bet is to just T off of the HVAC nipple on top of the blower. Thats what I did for my evap solinoid since I no longer had the big nipple next to the throttlebody.
