• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Its going twin engine this week...
So far we went 0 to 60 in 2.1 seconds at the strip. 1.5 60 foot.
108 to 110 mph in 400 feet.

On the street 0 to 100 mph in 3.8 seconds.

All this part throttle because we overcome the 28" slicks in 2nd gear and in 3rd gear...

And we are doubling the hp this week.

The handling issue is probably because we tried no sway bar and there was not enough weight up front so over 100mph is hairy to say the least.

Single engine it weighs 2100 lbs plus driver.

What happened to the car itself? I figure you pulled the power trains out of it to put in this, but what happened to everything else?

Yup trans are slipping bad, especially the rear since I can't turn down the power.
Up front I limit the power to 20 psi of boost.

9.11 @ 145 mph backing off before the end (out of gear on the rev limiter because of trans/torque converter slip).
Easily an 8 second car if we can get the trans to hold the power. I can't lower power more at the back so I will have to put on a bigger wastegate.
then with less slip and less power the car will go faster.

Ran a 1.32 60 foot in practice, then tried a full pass for the 1st time. 9.11 @ 145mph.
0-60 mph was recorded by GPS at 1.6 seconds !

Car revs 6900rpm from start to finish the shift light never turns OFF !!! Talk about slip...
The traction was really good making the problem even more obvious.
