OK MY SYSTEM WILL CONSIST OF 2 15" ECLIPES AUDIO ON 2 DIAMOND D6 MONO BLOCKS MY OLD CAR WITH 1 15 AND 1 AMP I HIT 146DB
THIS TIME I WANA MAKE OVER 150DB

Just curious as to what mic you used. 150db will be hard in a trunk car but it is possible and those subs can do it lol. Keep me posted and take lots of pics!
 
my sponsor db it for me at his shop but I'm not sure the mic used but i did make 146 with 1 15" in a 5.5 cubic foot box on 1 diamond d6 amp in a 03 Malibu back seats down and mic at front seat passenger side driver side made 144db my sponsor thinks its b/c the port is off center :th_king-evil:
this GP i got is going to get 2 of the 15's that were in the Malibu and 2 of the diamond d6 amps or maybe 1 8000watt max 4000watt rms mojo amp (Memphis audio)
 
Go with the Mojo :eek: Better upgrade Alt lol. I'm gonna say it was a linearX mic and gonna estimate 148db. Did you try to open driver side door or window when testing? My truck was loudest with mic in passenger floor board with drivers side door open.

o and in the malibu the big 3 have all been done
bigger alt and motor batt and alt grounds are all 0 gage wire 3 peaces each
 


u got it ... for now i will be puting just 1 of my 15's in with the 5.5 cubic foot box its the same set up i mad 146db with hope soon i will be able to get bout put in but its not cheap to upgrade alt and grounds and have a new box custome made and molded for the gp u know what i mean but over time it will be in for now i have to worry about getting my struts done and a new bummper
 
im not sure he is pro so probably he owns a diamond and memphis audio store and travels all over the country for sound offs
